  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to a variety of locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us at contact@holycreatives.com.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. In the event of a delay, please check the tracking information provided. If there are issues with delivery, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly.

Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will offer a return or exchange.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Return Shipping: A £5 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping unless you are processing an exchange.

  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

    3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the item.
